New favourites: 70s flares

So Lately I have had a tiny obsession with the 70s look. I think everyone has fallen back in love with the era and I have been slowly added the trend into my wardrobe. Now I love the flared jeans but they kind of scare me a little so I found these playsuits from ASOS as a little alternative.
They have the gorgeous flares but one the sleeves rather then the leg which I find easier to wear and a good way to start with.
These two playsuits are my new obsession and I've been living in them lately. They can be dressed up and dressed down, which you will see in a upcoming blog post, because of the cut of back detailing. For a more day to day look I have been wearing them with shirts and t-shirts under neither for the more day time look but for a night, bare backs all the way!

The print of this first playsuit is gorgeous. The lovely flower print with navy, blue and white. Its not to over the top and still very easy to wear. I black one below (couldn't find online) is a more jersey material and much easier to wear during the day with a little printed shirt underneath.

Outfit: Nice and Warm

So the last week or so we have had no internet which comes to be a big problem when blogging and for some reason the college computers wouldn't let me on. why? I don't know but I am back.. again.

At the beginning of this year I started a new job working in another retail store which I now love. I seem to be working more then I do much else at the moment. One of the bonuses of the job was I could wear my own clothes, as long as it represented the brand but the downside is the store is FREEZING so i've been having a hard time figuring out what to wear.

Last week I wore this little outfit which I loved.
This big oversized jumper was a good old h&m purchase that was only £14.99! ooo I do love a h&m bargain. I loved the colour of this jumper, in the photo I think it looks blue but is more of a pastel blue/purple colour in person.
Being comfy and cosy was my aim so I brought out a little black Zara swing dress. Placed a little collared t-shirt from Topshop underneath for added warmth and I was pretty much good to do.

I think I will be making another trip to h&m to pick up some more of these jumpers as there so big and cosy (very typical me), they are slightly longer at the back and the stitching on them makes it look like they are almost inside out.
They was a few different colours (yellow, pastel pink, grey and cream) so I may need a few more in my wardrobe.. by a few I mean pretty much all of then.

Hope you enjoyed this little outfit post

Minimal make up red lip..

I've seen a few images flowing around the web at the moment of minimal makeup looks with a red lip. I think people have different opinions on minimal makeup but when I say minimal make up this time, I mean very minimal. No mascara.
I don't think I've ever worn make up before without wearing mascara, well part from when I was very young and only just discovered what concealer was. I admit I was a little scared to wear mascara then but once starting wearing it I have never stopped, until this day.
I am a lover of a good lipstick and mostly focus my make up around a lipstick. Burberry did a similar look for there spring/summer15 show but with London fashion week been and gone, again, a lot of the make up looks had hardly any eye make up on so I'd though I'd give it a go myself...

I have to admit I really don't hate it.. I do have small eyes so mascara helps just to lift them a little but I love the focus on the bold bright lips. The red lipstick I wore here was Macs red which I love at the moment. Its not matte compared to some of the other Mac lipsticks but is a satin so its not gonna go anywhere any time soon.
I have to admit I did put some mascara on before I left the house...
I will wear it without mascara one day!

Would you wear this look?
